Cancellation Policy
- $150 fee until June 13
- On or after June 13, $250 fee until Aug. 13
- On or after Aug. 13, no refunds
General Information
- Booth location is based on the following preferences: sponsors first, then exhibitors’ chronological registration (earliest to recent).
- Booth Assignments will be made in July.
- HB2009 OppEx Exhibitor/Sponsor Map will be available at that time.
